Abdel Naser’s Colts (Sample) - Israel Story
Writer, Co-Reporter, Co-Narrator, Scoring & Sound Design
From his modest stables in the West Bank, Abdel Naser Musleh dreams of becoming the best Arabian horse breeder in Palestine, if not the entire world. But with only a few horses and a couple ribbons from the local horse show, he has a long way to go. When his mares both give birth to colts, he finally has his first chance at raising a champion stallion of his own, a huge step towards his dream.
This sample begins with Abdel Naser preparing one of his new colts, Kamel, for his first horse show, and with Abdel Naser and his mother explaining what Arabian horses symbolize for Palestinians.
